City News Rome H1 2023

The ca 158,00 sqm transacted in Rome in H1 2023 represented +90% growth on H1 2022 and +49% on the 5-year H1 average, thanks to a small number of large transactions closed in Rome. However the 71 transactions closed during H1 2023 was down by -11% Y-o-Y.

City News Milan H1 2023

Take-up in Milan contracted Y-o-Y but still exceeded the 10-yearly H1 average, despite falling just short of the 5-yearly average. The 156 occupier transactions in H! 2023 was second only to the number for H1 2022.

City News Rome Q1 2023

Rome's take-up growth both Y-o-Y (+69%) and on the 5-year Q1 average +61%. The EUR submarket accounted for the greatest share of take-up (74%) thanks to a large public sector occupier deal closed there
